Q: when will my item arrive?

A: generally it takes a month from when your order is placed for the item to be made, shipped, and arrive

Q: can you get my item to me faster/ by this date

A: sadly i can not get an item to you any faster as they are made when you place your order

Q: why did only one of my items arrive?

A: our items are shipped out as soon as they're done being made so if you have items that finish at different times they will be shipped separately

Q: what size item should I get?

A: sadly I don't know, there is a lot of factors that go into if you'll like a shirt and many of them are personal preference, please refer to the sizing guide and in doubt size up! ^^

Q: do you take refunds or returns?

A: not usually, I'm a very small business and sadly there are far too many scammers out there

Q: do you take requests?

A: yes! I take requests for fandoms and characters and if i know about them I'll add your suggestion to my list of items to make!
